Attorneys in criminal matters usually charge a hourly fee. How much it would cost would depend on the time spent on the matter. Different attorneys will charge different hourly rates. You are hiring the attorney so you should inquire as to cost before hiring the attorney.

It would definitely be illegal to send to a female under the age of 18. It is a bad idea to send them to others since you cannot know someone's age you have only met over the internet. Additionally, you should consider that the police or FBI might run an investigation and try to intercept pictures so do not do it any more.

10 appearances and still no trial date, excessive?

Arkady Bukh

This is not totally unusual in New York courts.  Your attorney might have waived any speedy trial provisions with the hope of coming to some deal with the DA.  Conversely, the DA may have come without some vital piece of evidence or witness and the judge allowed them a continuance.  You need to ask your attorney to explain these delays to you, or if you are representing yourself, you need to make it clear to the judge that you do not understand why the case is going to be continued.
