You probably do not need a license to drive on your own property. Who will see? IF there is an emergency created by your driving on your property, the judge will not want to hear that you had to drive to the hospital because of the emergency you created when you were driving on your property.

You don't need any advice. Do not call. Do not cooperate. When there are charges filed, then you retain an attorney.
