If you saw this in an online docket, the best people to ask are the clerks who make the notations. If you are going to ask a question online, you need to give at least some basic information, enough for us to make a determination. It could mean criminal count one, but I do not have enough information.

If you’re in the hospital and have court, will they automatically postpone your court date for a new one and will they issue a warrant?

If they have notice, then you will get a continuance. Otherwise, there will be a bench warrant. I assume there is no attorney, which will create a problem.
