What can happen if I’m accused of stealing evidence from police for falsifying police report?

Answered by attorney Laurie A. Schmidt
Criminal Law lawyer at 5280 Law Group
From your question, it is a bit confusing what you are asking. In general, in the state of Colorado perjury in the first degree is a class four felony. Second degree perjury is a class 1 misdemeanor. What separates the two charges is if the statements were made during an official proceeding or not. It does not matter if the statements were oral (you allegedly said the statements) or written.

If I was convicted of a felony drug charge but it will be reduced to a misdemeanor will I get my gun rights back?

The question is grammatically incorrect. IF you were convicted (past tense, because it has happened in the past), but it will be reduced (future tense, because it has not happened yet) to a misdemeanor. If the case is closed as a felony, it will remain a felony, and gun rights are gone.

Yes, on the back of each paper billm or on the credit card website, it will detail the procedure you must follow and the time frame you can question a charge on your bill.
