Help with son who missed court date

Answered by attorney Patrick Short
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Firm of Patrick Short
Your question is a bit confusing.  You should contact an attorney directly to ask in person the issues you raise.  It appears that you are asking about your son's failure to appear at a court setting.

Can my husband make parole if he was sentenced for probation?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
If he is on probation, why would he need parole? Did he successfully complete his 10 year deferred? Then that should be dismissed and he could get parole maybe on the new case.

Is it legitimate to miss court hearing because of medical reasons?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Yes, but when you get out, you need to bring medical proof to that Court so they don't issue a warrant for your arrest.
