Can no contact order be lifted after they have finished their jail time?

If they are still under supervision of any sort, they must follow the rules of supervision. You can hire a lawyer to try to get the judge to remove the order but it is not likely to happen.

It is up to the PO up until you disagree (in other words, if they decline to move the probation). Then you can (through your son's lawyer) request a modification hearing to modify and transfer the probation.

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen

You hit a home run, but forgot to run the bases. It shows up as dismissed on the record and will forever, unless you get an expunction or petition for mom-disclosure. Your attorney might have forgotten to tell you that.
