Answered by attorney Robert Christopher Gigstad (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Gigstad Law Office, LLC
You can get misdemeanors expunged from your record. The typical waiting period is 3 years on misdemeanors. However, the DUI must be 10 years old in order to be expunged. The speeding tickets are not misdemeanors they are infractions. Contact an attorney in your area if you need further clarification. Good Luck.

What punishmemt am I looking at for a theft charge?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
You absolutely need to get the theft dismissed or pretrial intervention or deferred adjudication. If your lawyer wants you to plead guilty, hire another attorney. Do your research on lawyers. Any "top notch" lawyer is easily researchable. If not, then only they think they are top notch.
