! Can they put a known drug house without evidence or proof? What can I do about this?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
If there are no drugs in the house, why would the FEDS bust in your home. Recognize that if drugs are ever found in your home, you will not be able to argue that you did not know, because everyone is telling you and you are in denial.

How much possible time is a person looking at changing a possession charge to an intent to deliver?

Answered by attorney Stephen Lewis Freeborn (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
"Intent to Deliver" enhancement increases the penalties substantially. With 4 felonies on his record, and without more information for me to consider, this person is looking at substantial prison time. Without more information, I would guess 7-10 years minimum.

Can a police officer who pulled you over for a third light being out, give you a ticket for no insurance?

Answered by attorney Nathaniel D Shafer
Criminal Law lawyer at Natty Shafer Law
Yes, he can. He had a legitimate reason for pulling over your wife, and he had a legitimate reason for asking for proof of insurance.
