They fought to get me the benefits that I should have gotten and did so in the end. They also made sure that I was treated fairly.

Expensive, but very thorough. Situation with relatives disputing will handled almost overly well, given the unsophisticated nature of the disputer. Some info not shared correctly with BCPG trial attorney brought in by BCPG estate attorney. In the end, didn't matter, but did increase costs. Initial contact at firm referred me to new estate attorney in practice and did reduce fees when some of new lawyer's mistakes,resulting in extra billing, were pointed out. Would definitely use for big case

When we finally got to court, the representation was fine. But before that, the office asst called us to cancel my going to the court hearing, then tried to tell me I was a no-show. Before that they called and canceled appearance with just an hour before the hearing. It was another lawyer, not the lawyer I had talked to , and this guy tried to get an additional fee out of me. Did not. First day I was at consultation some other lawyer was yelling at the assistant. Need to get their act together.

Mr. Andrews is very unorganized, he is not responsive and very passive. He doesn't return calls and does not stay abreast of his client's cases or issues and he drags his cases out. I definitely would not recommend this attorney for any reason.

Working with this Lawyer has been a complete nightmare from day one, I was injured on the job in 2007, had surgery and the whole nine yards, if I hadn't visited the social security office and DCF I would have been lost without anything. When I visited the site office they informed me that they had not received any forms on my case from him, I submitted all the documents and paperwork myself, but when it was time for the hearing he was there before I was, I ended up losing 2 years of my retirement since 2011, I have recorded messages where he stated he was still working with the retirement disability lawyers and he talked to this person and that person, when I call his office the phone always go to the voice-mail and "his assistant ",never answer the phone, I leave messages with no return calls and when he does return the call he's always giving me excuses. I definitely wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

This lawyer rarely answer your phone calls and his assistant never answer the phone, she's always away from her desk or assisting other clients, when you ask to set up an appointment she never return your call through the voicemail. When you leave a message for a appointment then he calls telling you the same story about who he talked to and never settling the case after years has passed I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
