I was recently involved in a car accident where I needed further assistance. Fay Law Associates helped me win my case in a very professional, efficient manner. Everyone I spoke to was polite, well-spoken and professional. Chris was my lawyer and he showed me that he actually cared about my case. I will 100% return to Fay Law if I am ever involved in an accident where I need further assistance. I also tell all of my family and friends to go to Fay Law.
Absolutely the worst communication with their clients. I had a third party tell me that he had information that I had settled, unbeknownst to me. I call. I email. I text. Not until I threatened to leave bad reviews and contact the BBB did I receive a return call. Unbelievably poor. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I signed papers over a month ago and again, I CANNOT get in touch with anyone. I’ve emailed twice this week. No one will answer me. This is absolutely ridiculous. I feel like I’m on punked. This is so absurd. They may be (and SHOULD BE) out of business!!!

Been waiting for my injury check for 50+ days I was told I'd get it in 30 days. Nobody is communicating with me and it's very unprofessional. I called the lawyer directly a couple times and he never answers.
