Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Graus, is hands down the hardest working attorney I know. He is trustworthy and very responsive. Mr. Graus answers any questions I have about my case and is honest with me about the process. I have found that he is pleasant to deal with and cares about the integrity of the work that he does for his clients. In my opinion Mr. Graus is the only choice for an attorney in the Greater Cincinnati area. In my opinion the most important characteristic in an attorney is the integrity they show by how they work a case. Mr. Graus is a man of character and integrity.
He did an outstanding job and resolved my issue in my favor quickly!!
Stacey was great to work with.
Charges too much to review a file.
To whom it may concern - I would first like to say I DO NOT have a balance with this attorney. I had a very bad experience with Stacey. I found him to be very condescending and he provided no visibility to my case. He lead me to believe I could not win my case prompting me to ask why he would accept my case AND my retainer if he did not believe I had a strong case. I had a conversation with him the Friday before my hearing and he revealed he did not have vital documents needed for my hearing that coming Monday. Though he sent me an email weeks prior stating he received the documents. I was terrified but I made the decision to release Stacey that Sunday - the morning before my hearing. I sent him a text message and an email stating I no longer requested his services and worked for 7 hours straight, drafted my case and won. I would NOT recommend this attorney.
Stacy blatantly milked me for my money over a two year period. He never conveyed to the judge my side of things like he was payed to do for two years. And when I finally spoke up to the judge about what happen, it was the first time he had heard it. He is in my opinion just interested in taking peoples money and doesn't care what happens to you at all. If I could personally warn each and every potential client that he may get, I would. All above statements are my personal opinion.
