A native of Northern Kentucky, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the University of Louisville, completing it in 2005, followed by a Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2009. Kristin's legal journey began with a strong commitment to public interest law and an unwavering desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Her dedication earned her the Volunteer Law Student of the Year award from the Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers in 2009. She launched her practice as a public defender and now plays an integral role in the firm's civil litigation cases while fervently defending clients against governmental accusations, including felony, misdemeanor, DUI, and juvenile offenses. With personal experience as a foster parent, Kristin also assists families with adoption and juvenile cases. Residing in Covington, Kentucky with her husband Adam and their three children, she enjoys her church community, playing guitar, and running.
