Very professional. I got a ticket for speeding using a moving Radar for 13 over the speed limit. I know there was a problem as i was not going that fast...it was either the problem with moving radar machine or something was wrong. Mr Railey represented my case and the case was adjudicated for defective speedometer. I got no points and no moving violation. I will highly recommend services of Mr Railey and Railey for any traffic tickets. They really know what they are doing.

Hired Attorney Richard Railey III

I was on a trip to Virginia Beach to visit a friend before moving. I was making a long trip from NC, and got a speeding ticket. This was the last thing I needed right before an expensive move! I called Mr. Railey two days before my court date. (had just finished moving in) He was super friendly, was so understanding of my situation, and immediately eased the stress of court. I would very much recommend Railey and Railey! I've never written a review before, but couldn't wait to!

In Virginia a reckless driving ticket is a misdemeanor that could include high fines and jail time. I was VERY nervous because my job depends on the status of my license. Railey and Railey represented me and got my charge reduced to a non-moving violation which basically mean no points!!!!! I live 5 hours away from where I was pulled over and and I did not have to go to court. HIGHLY recommend!

I was coming back from vacation and I was pulled over for speeding. In VA driving over 80 means it will be a reckless driving ticket, which can result in high fines and jail time. I was pulled over 5 hours from where I live. Not only did I not have to go to court but Mr. Railey got my charge reduced to a non-moving violation!!!! (no points) I could not have asked for a better outcome!!!!

Most unprofessional lawyer I have ever dealt with. He wll BARELY communicate with you once you hire him no matter how many messages you leave with his office staff. Emails take days to weeks for a response. Initally bragged about how he gets traffic tickets dismissed or reduced to non-moving violations, yet the best he could do for me is a reduction of 69 to 65/60 and mandatory driver improvement class (because he said he wasn't familiar with the new judges). To his credit, he did refund me my attorney fee and paid ticket/fines, but didn't pay for the interest cost that accrued after advising me to not pay the ticket/fine on time to dispute the court ruling (I got tired of emailing him and staff about it with no action on their part). Horrible experience and total waste of time! Look up reviews online to see people with similar experiences. You've been warned!

Unfortunately my experiences with Railey and Railey has been anything but professional. I was given a "wreckless driving" ticket for speeding in the state if Virginia back in Feb. I received mail from their office and decided to have them represent me for this case. I was told it would 500 dollars, after my initial court appearance I was told to complete 30 hours of community service, and 12 hours of a driving course through VASAP. Anne who works in their office instructed me to do an online course not recommended by the VASAP but not to worry because they deal with VASAP all the time and it won't be an issue, plus it was cheaper. I trusted her because again, I am paying them to guide me through this process. Well it turns out that VASAP did not accept my certificate from this 3rd party and is requiring that I pay for their course which is another 100 dollars. When I tried to get answers from the Raily office all I got was a bunch of run around and "I'll call you back".
