Mr. Mancini handled a very delicate situation for us. My husband's deceased parents's home was being sold. The sale was being handled by the son of my husband's brother. The property's deed carried the names of 5 other members of the family. There was a lot of conflict and difficulties that had to be resolved before the sale could take place. Mr. Mancini was very patient but firm and was able to deal with all kinds of problems created by the others and was able to get the property sold.
Service provided not in the best interest of client. Poor communication. Protracted dealings making any kind of resolution next to impossible. Outrageous billing practice.
My incompetant business partner hired Paul Watkins and crew for a real estate deal and letting him go forward with it after reading about how awful they were from a yahoo review was the worst business mistake I've ever made. They advertise themselves as $1000 an hour big firm quality lawyers charging bargain $300 fees and its the furthest thing from the truth they're all clueless when it comes to law and commit fraud the way the over bill customers.
Arnie Blakely and his firm are disorganized, leading us on by using damages estimated first at 300k, then 200k, then 100k, then 30k, then bungled the damage figures and caved at mediation - AND conveniently burned up the retainer leading right up to mediation. In short - the worst conniving lawyer I have ever seen. We fired them within an hour of leaving mediation.
