She is a nice lawyer. I would recommend her to others. Very nice person to work with.
Attorney Willms was appointed by Judge Galvan of Nueces District Court to review the legitimacy of Estate heirs. Legally incompetent in her profession. Took the a birth certificate of a convicted felon and deadbeat father without reviewing the full background. Only took letters from 2 people to “legitimize” the felon as a member of our family. This was a case so the felon, a “Star witness, would be able to share monies if the $50 million dollars death case was won. If Attorney Willms would have been legally competent would have realized the felon was born into a marriage of his mother with her husband not with my father. She refuses to correct her grave error. How many other cases has she screwed up for being lazy and not being a true competent attorney? Probably tons of cases. Processing a TX Bar complaint against her. Do NOT do business with her - hire a true competent attorney. Third Tier attorney. Beware.
