Jason Leibowitz is very informative. He took the time to answer and explain my many questions. He was always polite. He gave me the best deal for my money.
They are too busy to give individual assistance to their clients that are going through a very difficult time. Often making you feel bad about call to inquire about something. The only time we were able to get our attorney on the phone was after 8:30pm. We never met Mr. Robins, only his staff. They were told by us when we signed our papers to file that there were errors and they would make the changes before court, however, when we got to court the errors were still there.
I do not recommend Dean Weber to handle a Bankruptcy. His telephone skills and overall communication skills are poor. He has no patience. He does not explain very well, if at all.
