Hired Attorney William H. Kennedy III

I was 11 weeks pregnant when I was involved in a hit and run auto accident. Mr. Kennedy was not only professional but extremely compassionate. He made sure that we did everything by the book to make sure nobody could poke holes in my case. It was a complicated case because of the hit and run, but Mr. Kennedy worked hard to make sure mine and my family's needs were met.

When you are hurt because of someone else’s negligence, you want someone who can get to the details and build a strong case. Bill was extremely vigilant and detail-oriented. Communication with Bill was key and he always had a straight-shooter answer when I called with a question. Bill was able to resolve my case quickly and successfully. I would not hesitate a second to ask him if I needed representation again.
