Debi Gheorge Alten, P.A. has been in business since 2001 as a Boutique Law Firm.

Debi graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science. She earned her law degree from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City, N.Y., in 1996 and graduated from the accelerated program with a Juris Doctor degree.

In Debi’s 28-year legal career, she has practiced in the civil, family, criminal, bankruptcy, appeals, and immigration arenas. In addition to her own firm, Debi also is Of Counsel to a multi-attorney law firm. Debi is currently a member of The Florida Bar Advertising Grievance Committee since July 2025.

I had a great experience with Debi representing me in my high net worth divorce and child custody case. I had a prior attorney that sounded great but in reality they did nothing for me but take my money. A friend from my tennis club recommended her. Debi is hands on, brilliant and nicely aggressive. I could not recommend her enough.

Hired Attorney

I interviewed quite a few attorneys and I finally switched to Debi after I was fed up with my prior attorney never returning my calls and being unprepared for Court and paying unreasonable monthly bills. She was prepared, responsive, and the Judge even praised her with her preparedness and presentation of our case. She even had to clean up and amend the mess in the court paperwork by my other attorney. She got all my attorneys fees back and we were successful on almost every issue. I would give her more stars if I could. Highly recommend her and her boutique firm.
