Hired Attorney

Michael J. Hernandez is not very professional he has been working on my case for a long time not once did he call to give me an update I am the one calling and leaving messages just to get a status on my case. I called his office and left approximately 6 messages none of which was returned I then sent an email a week later then he replied none of my questions were answered correctly and he is always giving me the run around. I would never recommend his services to anyone, never.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
