Additionally, Emily served as a staff editor for the Inter-American Law Review.

Prior to her legal career, Emily earned her Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Florida International University. Balancing full-time studies with employment as a legal assistant for a debt collections law firm, she gained valuable insights into legal practice.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Emily maintains an active lifestyle, finding joy in weight lifting, CrossFit, and culinary experimentation.
