Caroline Quill is a seasoned attorney with experience in criminal and civil law. Caroline utilizes her litigation background and trial experience to advocate for employee rights.
Caroline began her career as a prosecutor for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office where she gained invaluable trial experience advocating on behalf of the community. As part of her work at the SAO, she filed and argued pre-trial and post-trial motions in front of a number of county court judges. She also brought several jury trials to verdict. Before her time at the SAO, she interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington D.C. in the Felony Major Crimes Unit. There, she discovered her passion for legal research, writing and advocacy.
As a law student, Caroline represented indigent defendants charged with misdemeanor offenses as part of her clinical coursework at The George Washington University Law School. Prior to attending law school, Caroline participated in the Peace Corps where she taught English to university students in Nanchong, China. In her free time, Caroline enjoys exploring the outdoors and going on adventurous walks with her dog Peanut.
