Bryan R. Cleveland is a commercial trial lawyer with diversified complex litigation experience in both State and Federal jurisdictions. Mr. Cleveland has litigated cases in the areas of business disputes, health care disputes including representation of hospitals, physician groups, and other health care providers, securities fraud attorney and accountant professional malpractice, employment, officer and director liability, computer-related issues such as “cybersquatting” and software piracy, trademark and property rights, product liability, and a broad range of business torts, including interference, business defamation, fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and deceptive trade practices. Mr. Cleveland has argued extensively in State and Federal courts, before administrative judges, and in arbitrations and mediations. His practice includes complex litigation, including multi-district litigation and class actions. Mr. Cleveland has tried cases in the State and Federal courts, and has conducted several in-house litigation skills training programs. He has given speeches and seminars in insurance and employment matters, and has been repeatedly selected as a judge for the University of Miami Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Cleveland is currently on a sabbatical from the practice of law.
