Hired Attorney Gregory Borgognoni

Greg handled a commercial litigation matter for me that could have resulted in our suffering several hundred thousand dollars of liability. Greg used a skillful, tactical maneuver (something I think few lawyers could have come up with) that stopped the lawsuit "dead in its tracks." When you're in a serious lawsuit, you'd be wise to have Greg on your side.

Hired Attorney Gregory Borgognoni

Greg successfully handled a professional licensing matter for me and if it weren't for him I probably wouldn't be working. His credentials and experience are impressive. He really paid attention to my concerns, his strategy for the handling of the investigative hearing was creative, and his arguments were very persuasive to the panel. He really can "walk the walk," and achieved a great result. After seeing him in action, I would never want anybody else to represent me.

One of the most intelligent yet practical attorneys I've ever met. His business experience allowed him to get what was important to me, as a business owner. Great at developing strategy as well as executing it. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Resolved a complex litigation matter for me with results far better than I expected. He developed an innovative strategy and efficiently pursued it -- which was a key factor in that success. Always very responsive, kept me well-informed.

Greg really knows business. He's a great business litigator and a great business advisor. My matter involved litigation over the control and sale of a business including title to substantial equipment and other assets like a large industrial plant. He came up with a great strategy that turned an obstacle into an opportunity and achieved a fantastic result. Not only did he keep me fully informed, he anticipated the questions I was going to ask and answered them beforehand.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
