Mr. Grossman, so nice to hear from you. I was so distraught with my tenant, I thought about selling my Mom's home to not DEAL with this eviction. I then met Mr. Grossman. He never PROMISED ME anything he couldn't deliver, after about 45 days my tenant was gone and l had full control of my home. Mr Grossman returned my calls in a timely manner. HIS # 1 QUALITY, HE WAS VERY EASY TO TALK TO, HE DIDNT TALK DOWN TO ME. HE EXPLAINED LEGAL MATTERS WHERE I COULD UNDERSTAND. THANK you.
