Hired Attorney Jeffrey J. Storey

Talked with Storey by phone and he stated several times to meet in person for a "free initial consultation". I confirmed that we'd get 30 minutes at NO COST, so we set up a meeting. This was an estate case and one of the first questions from him was how much money the estate was worth. Only then he'd talk about the estate situation. Before the end of 30 minutes he presented us with a bill for $500. Argued it was for his time to prepare for the free meeting. Appears like a common thief! AVOID!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
