I used Randy Chaffin years ago. He was referred to me by the company that i worked for at the time. I was 23, I had 2 kids, and I was getting divorced. He told me not to expect to get the kids. At the time, I felt it was defeatist, but I understand his warning better now. I was able to get custody, and I will be eternally grateful. I've spent the last 26 years referring him to everyone I can. Many men, just by being virtue of being men, are lucky to get weekend visitation. He pulled of a miracle and got me custody. My sons are adults now and I'm so grateful that I've got to be so much more than a weekend dad.

After seeking a first Cookeville attorney for a personal injury case in which I was a passenger in a local cab, after that attorney's belligerent and contrary behavior, I sought Mr. Chaffin's services. He kept me apprised of every step, was upbeat, kind, intelligent and prepped me for the depositions extremely well, as I'd never done one.{para}When it was over, not only did the opposing counsel settle, but he repeatedly reassured me of my testimony. I would recommend him HIGHLY in the future.
