It is unethical to both draft a will and establish yourself as the PR and he did just that! Furthermore, in recommending himself to serve as Personal Representative of the estate, he failed to advise that he lacked experience or competence in serving as Personal Representative or administering an estate. His lack of competence is clear from the many errors he made.
Worst practice ever! He was hired for our home closing. Him nor his staff a responsive, we had to call over 5 times a day to contact someone. There is no follow up on his office behave on procedures. They didnt even care to review the documents sent to us by the buyers attorney. They simple sent us some half filled put paperwork the other office did. They finally review the documents at closing once the paperwork was returned to them for corrections several times. Still at the end after signing didnt even realize the other office forgot to send half of the documents! Truly worse experience and money spent ever!! Not the office you want to hire to ensure your taken care at a home closing!
