Murray McKinney & Warner, PLLC is a law firm established in 2006 with an office in Conway, AR. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing family law, adoption law, child custody and 15 other areas of law.
I hired Ms Mckinney to help with a custody issue. She poorly represented me in court, she acted like a poorly prepped student giving an oral report that had to be read verbatim off of her papers that she fumbled through. The day we went to court she showed up with purple hair. I was so embarrassed by the representation she gave me in court. I did end up winning my case but only because my ex husband didn't contest anything, it wasn't because of her skills as a lawyer, for sure.
My experience with Attorney (Ad Litem) Margo Warner has by far been the worst experience of my 39 years of life. Be careful who you chose or are provided as an attorney or ad litem (child custody cases) because while it is a check to her, she holds the life & future of your child & yourself in the palm of her hands. Her recommendations to the court weigh significantly on the courts & shape your child’s next steps. This attorney was hired on my case due to the last attorney ad litem having to recuse herself off my case due to taking a job with my ex husband’s attorney law firm ( a circus in itself). She was a referral from the last attorney. In child custody cases, the ad litem’s thoroughness is paramount. She interviewed the home & provided herself accessible to only my ex husband. Unsure if she crossed the lines with him…a possibility. She never interviewed my home and when I was able to reach her she either ignored majority of my emails or disregarded return phone calls.
