I had been dealing with the VA and SSA for several years with no progress being constantly denied despite meeting their criteria. Fritzie has represented me with just these two cases for several years now. We had to appeal my case up to a federal level and still she stuck to it and she won. She has had my case with the VA for just as long, to get the rating I should have had, by their own standards of rating. She has won not only the appeals for my total disability rating with the VA, but also the back pay award, the same way that she won the appeal for my social security.
