Hired Attorney Mr. Dale Trimble

I didn’t hire him, but I went in for a consultation. He treated me very poorly and seemed to enjoy doing it… I came in looking for help with a lawsuit involving confraud, not personal injury, but he thought I was trying to get help with a personal injury case and The whole consultation felt like an ambush. He wouldn’t let me talk and didn’t look at the paperwork I brought to show him. He asked me about my health problems and then started insulting me. I’m 33 years old and he basically said all of my health problems were because I’m old and fat. He asked me what my triglyceride levels were and more or less called me a liar when I told him I didn’t know. Instead of declining to represent me, he chose to bully me until I finally had to get up and walk out..in tears. I don’t know why he couldn’t be professional and just tell me he wasn’t interested in talking my case. He really hurt my feelings and, it seemed like he did it on purpose.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
