Possibly the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. The Attorneys that represented me only handled communication mainly by email, which presented multiple opportunities of miscommunication. It was difficult to get a phone call with them. It didn’t seem like they cared about my thoughts or feelings or my reasoning/opinion for things. I never met them in person. If I dropped by the office to sign paperwork, my attorneys never came out to say hello or meet me in person.
