Beasley & Ferber, P.A. is a law firm established in 1991 with an office in Concord, NH. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing elder law, estate planning.
They have saved me money from taxes and Probate. They are very personable. They both hold classes to explain the wills trusts, probate, income taxes results and social security tax problems. They dealt with IRAs, Roth IRAs, 401k's and the consequences they have on the heirs or spouses upon death.
I still get promo mailings. 6 years ago, we agreed on a scope of work: my mom's NH estate trust. Then they said they wanted to do the NY estate, I said no thanks., they persisted. I said, lets part ways. They kept the retainer, said they did some work and produced a worthless document that any realtor could produce. Every time I get a mailing from them I remember.
