I was rear ended at a stop light at night. I had minor injuries to my neck and back which required minimal medical treatment. My car was severely damaged and needed a lot of repairs. Scranton Law Firm answered my call late and night and helped me understand how to protect myself. We went through the legal process and I get a settlement that was fair.
Really smart attorneys, they don't back down from a legal fight. Negotiated a settlement much higher than I expected. Will definitely use Scranton Law firm again.
I was in an accident and after waiting two years for the insurance company to settle, I contacted the Scranton Law Firm. Overall I was not satisfied with my experience with them. The attorney handling my case was incompetent and did not communicate well at all. I did receive my settlement, so they did their job, but it was a terrible process. I did the majority of the work for the attorney.
they kept changing lawyers since you are said that they didn't know what was going on that have to look into my case. they only called me twice one was too to confirm all the information and another one was to tell me that they settled. I left several messages throughout the year and they had a hard time calling me back I would have to keep calling. I was rear ended and they settled only $1000 I still have back pain. the law firm made $1400.
EXTREMELY RUDE. LAWYER DID NOT KNOW HE WAS TRANSFERRED OVER AND SAID HE DOES NOT LIKE TO HANDLE SUCH CASES!!!! THEN WHY ARE U LAWYER?!!
They never returned my calls, never kept me in the loop, changed me to different lawyers within firm without telling me. Nothing ever got done and it has been a year. I am suffering and I switched firms. They were rude and seemed like it was too much of a bother to help me. I was rear ended and they were not proactive in this case.
