DISAPPOINTING and underwhelming experience with Joe Nigh and Jessica Rowland at The Nigh Law Group. DO NOT Waste all the money you will be billed at this law firm!! I terminated my agreement with Joe Nigh to hire another attorney to finish my contentious divorce negotiations and avoid a trial. Joe nor his associate provided me any legal guidance, strategy, nor advocacy. There was no fight on my behalf, only encouragement to surrender to unfair terms. Joe told me that I was stubborn after our 1st court appearance and was FIRED thereafter. Joe nor Jessica gave the impression that they cared about what my children and I needed. I was only reminded about what I needed to do to fulfill the request of the opposing side. I had no one to advocate for me yet I was being billed weekly for case review and strategy without evidence or explanation of any. Joe attempted to file frivolous motions with the court that were never approved or discussed with me, yet billed astronomically for. NOT WORTH IT
