Good attorney, has taken on too many clients for a 1 person practice though, so response times are slow and individual client attentiveness leaves a bit to be desired.

I received no advise. She did, in fact, complete my intent; however, I believe additional advise would save me a lot of time dealing with the IRS and State of Ohio.
