Robert S. Ryan is an associate with MMM+B's business practice and real estate group. Previously, Mr. Ryan served as in-house counsel for Ruscilli Real Estate and Development Companies in Columbus.
Mr. Ryan is experienced in handling a wide range of real estate and business matters, including real estate acquisitions/dispositions, zoning, land use planning, condominiums, commercial development, state and municipal incentives and entitlements, financing transactions, contracts, leasing, business entity selection and formation, business management, secured transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and securities offerings. His background includes representing clients before municipal planning commissions, city councils and other government agencies.
Mr. Ryan counsels individual and business clients from a broad array of industry groups including commercial developers, financial institutions, construction companies, manufacturers, real estate investors, physicians and other medical providers, and professional service companies.
