Richard was very professional; I have a very difficult situation to deal with and he did a great job of finding and applying relevant case law precedent. He came up with very useful recommendations and ideas that will help me in my current situation.

It is extremely hard to find a honest lawyer. Mr. Herman is one of them. He can have a very honest conversation with you about your case. He would not overcharge you. I hired the "famous" Chinese lawyer in Cleveland for my green card, after I realized my case almost messed up, I fired that lawyer and went to Richard, he fixed the problem smoothly with very reasonable charge. So from then whenever I have any legal question, I go to Mr. Richard first for consultation.
