Attorney did not tell me my mortgage would be added to the bankruptcy and would not help in anyway get it reaffirmed.

Spent a decent amount of money with this firm. They never finalized the bankruptcy. Was never told. Had my bank take all my money. While on top of it this firm sold my address to spam companies to make a extra buck. Highly do not recommend them. Very poor communication as well.

This Attorney simply did not look out for our best interest. We have to file Chapter 13 after being diagnosed with Leukemia Cancer. For example, we were current on our mortgage, and instead of suggesting managing that $2,300 payment ourselves (which I found out we are legally entitled), this attorney wanted me to pay an additional 4% to the trustee as part of our plan. Then he invoiced us for our $500 deposit for this worthless advice. Who was this attorney looking out for? FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!

In our district, whether or not a mortgage payment is paid through the Trustee is governed by local rule. If you are behind on your mortgage, you must pay it through the Trustee's office. No attorney may advise otherwise.
