Jonathan B. Wygonski is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, construction law, negligence, personal injury litigation, and premises liability, with a particular emphasis in transportation law.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wygonski has helped clients navigate the requirements of state and federal regulations - both in anticipation of and response to litigation and in proactively maintaining best practices and compliance. He has particular experience assisting clients in the fields of transportation and logistics, public utilities regulation, and employment and labor law. Gaining early exposure through hands-on involvement in the family business, Mr. Wygonski understands that navigating litigation and regulation is key to any business venture and has worked to do so with clients ranging from single proprietorships to large corporations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wygonski practiced at a pair of Columbus law firms, also focusing on litigation and regulatory compliance. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, working in his yard, and reading history. A two-time graduate of The Ohio State University, Mr. Wygonski is a proud Columbus resident and unapologetic Buckeyes fan.
