I had the pleasure of Jim working as GAL for our child and I must say you will not find a more professional Attorney or GAL. He has extremely high character and will work in the best interest of your child. If you are looking for someone with integrity, a tireless work ethic and willingness to be available, look no further than Jim Pardi, there is no better example of someone practicing law anywhere.
This man is a total weasel and a total waste of money. If you want someone who will really operate in the best interest of the child as opposed to simply padding his bill stay away from him.
Absolute abomination. As a GAL, Mr. Pardi is infamous for dragging cases out, yelling and being verbally abusive, running up ridiculous bills, and choosing a side or story and sticking to that above all else. He could not have been worse. He refused to talk to teachers in a child custody matter, although education was the core of the case. To quote Mr. Pardi: "You have an over-emphasis on education with your child". Mr. Pardi is not honest, continually changing stories to fit the side he chose.
He was a horrible GAL appointed by the courts. He made everyone else do his work for him. When you pointed out his lack of doing his job he would go against you more. He did not care about the truth, facts or history. He picks a parent and is very unfair to the other parent not matter how much proof and documentation they have. He is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. He will say one thing and do another. This is why he doesn't like to put things in writing.
