These are great people and I would recommend them to anyone that is considering bankruptcy. No matter my question, they always took the time to answer it and always treated me with respect and professionalism. I have many emails where I told them they were awesome!!

I have used the services of Mike Cox on several occasions over the last few years and have always been pleased not only with the results but with Mike's prompt responses and his creative approach to problem solving. They were fantastic every step of the way. They explained the process to us, what to expect, what we needed to do, and how to manage our finances going forward. They have been in constant contact with us, and made sure we could get a new car while still in bankruptcy when I totaled our other one. They have felt like partners, not just someone filing paperwork for us.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
