Professional Interests

Chad Delesk became Balin Law’s first associate in 2005. He has handled well over 1,000 challenging disability cases, setting the industry standard for his record of favorable decisions won both at hearing and before the Appeals Circuit and in Federal Court. In 2010, Chad spearheaded the opening of the firm’s fully-staffed Akron / Cuyahoga Falls office and manages its operations.

Civic Involvement

Chad is a member of the Akron Bar Association and a Sustaining Member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). Throughout law school, Chad clerked at a disability firm in Canton, doing extensive research and writing memoranda on disability-related legal issues. Outside of the office, Chad enjoys spending time with his growing family and anything sports-related.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness.
