Known for his compassionate and empathetic nature, Caleb Fodor relies on his background in criminal prosecution to bring critical listening skills and a levelheaded approach to any situation.
These skills translate well to Caleb’s litigation practice where he serves as a team member in the firm’s Litigation and Public Law groups. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal research and writing, analysis of information for depositions and discovery, expert witness preparation, written pretrial motions, and other tasks relating to complex litigation. Thriving on both the competitiveness of litigation and the unpredictable nature of the practice, Caleb especially enjoys that every day is not ground hog day—each case is a different challenge.
Prior to joining the firm, Caleb worked as an e-discovery attorney where he analyzed documents and drafted privilege logs and redactions. He also served as an attorney for the Ohio House of Representatives in the Office of Rep. Adam C. Miller. Previous to these positions, Caleb was an associate attorney in an Ohio law firm, and prior to that he worked in the Belmont County Prosecutor’s Office both as a Law Clerk and later as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.
Caleb received his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law, where he received the Pro Bono Public Service Award for hundreds of hours dedicated to pro bono work. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University, where he minored in economics.
Outside of the office, Caleb enjoys cooking with his wife, strumming on his guitar, or burning energy in the gym.
