Brian Menge is a strong believer in “you get what you give,” which is why many find him passionately accommodating and amicable to work with.
Brian’s practice focuses on debtor/creditor matters including commercial collections, subrogation, real estate default, landlord/tenant disputes, and general civil litigation. He also assists the firm’s Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General by representing various State agencies in collection enforcement matters as well as assisting the firm’s Partner who is an Ohio Southern District Bankruptcy Trustee.
Known for his excellent research and writing skills, Brian has achieved a high level of success winning cases on dispositive motions based on substantive arguments. With a healthy respect for efficiency and responsiveness, Brian takes keeping clients informed and prepared very seriously.
Being a primary caregiver to an elderly family member between undergrad and law school helped shape Brian’s perspective and drive for helping people navigate through legal issues. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in political science, he pursued a career in the legal field through Capital Law School. He was recruited as a Legal Intake Counselor by the Columbus City Attorney’s Office following outstanding performance during a prior Civil Law Clerk Externship.
When he’s not busy helping clients, Brian can be found doing just about anything physical from playing in a men’s soccer league to bowling, hiking and golfing. He’s even known to be a formidable opponent at ping pong.
