Hired Law Firm

She was the worst attorney/guardian. Always late. She doesn't care about her ward's well-being or best interests. She represents her own best interests. She will allow people to lie to the court knowing it is not the truth or doesn't bring attention to that detail. Her evaluation of the home is under 15 minutes. She does not investigate school records or complaints that affect the child, she talks to her ward in front of interested parties. She literally said, "I have no dog in this fight." referring to herself. I would beg to differ, and I certainly would not call protecting the well-being and legal interests of a child or disabled adult a "dog fight." She also told another person who was deeply involved in this case, and this time, I am paraphrasing: the other parent/guardian should just give up; some battles can't be won. I think I've said enough. Horrible. Run far away unless you have no regard for the ward or their best interests because she'll be right up your alley.

Hired Attorney Mary Hardee

She is a money hungry unprofessional troll of a woman. I would not ever hire this woman she stands for everything ethics do not. She should not be practicing law. She does not care about your children she cares about her money. She also needs to read up on drug addicts and why you should never give them sole custody. But what does she care she doesn't have to clean up the mess the children's lives have become she just gets a fat paycheck for how long she can keep you on the hook. Run fast!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
