I feel Xavier wanted to do the least amount of work possible. Didn't even have the facts of the accident correct after five months of representation, although he heard those facts ad nauseum from me. I expressed frustration and went over with him in a telephone conversation the number of things he kept getting incorrect with regard to medical providers and injuries. He said he would do better. Three days later, his first draft of demand letter contained the same errors!
