About Brad Hewett

Brad Hewett joined the Mike Kelly Law Group in 2008 and has focused his practice on civil litigation. Brad's primary practice involves representing clients all throughout the State of South Carolina in cases for insurance bad faith, personal injury, automobile accidents, construction defects, premises liability, nursing home negligence, and product liability claims. Brad also defends builders and other professionals before the South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation. Brad has tried numerous cases to verdict and has worked to secure verdicts and settlements totaling more than $30,000,000.00.

Personal Life

Brad grew up in Simpsonville, South Carolina, and graduated college from Clemson University. Brad earned his law degree in 2008 from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Throughout law school, Brad worked as a law clerk at the Mike Kelly Law Group, LLC and began his legal career as a trial attorney with the firm. Brad lives in the Columbia area with his wife and three children.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
