Overall the experience was good; however, I felt like some personal information was discussed in the presence of other parties.

Lowell is a very nice man but it took almost 3 years to settle my claim. I called repeatedly for updates and never got satisfactory responses from his assistant. When I finally insisted on speaking with Lowell myself, I finally was given an appointment and during that conversation, I realized that he had actually forgotten about my case. This was about 1 year after I had initially contacted him. After that, it took more than another year to finally settle. Seemed very disorganized.
