Aiken and Hightower PA is a law firm established in 2004 with an office in Columbia, SC. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing personal injury, employment law, insurance and 5 other areas of law.
This is definitely a scam. “Arthur Aiken” promised to represent me and he did not showed up for my court date. I tried to contact him prior to my court appearance but my calls never went through and my message. He scammed me out of $1500 so he owes me $1500. HE IS NOT A REAL LAWYER so I will get cops involved. ARTHUR AIKEN YOU OWE ME $1500 BACK ON MY CASH APP CARD OR I’LL TAKE IT IN CASH WHEN I SEE YOU IN COURT. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON
As the other reviewer stated above, this guy has just :poof: disappeared. Got me for $1500. My simple misdemeanor court case has now cost me thousands. No clue how I was dumb enough to get scammed by a lawyer.

I have provided all the information to Art Aiken. I have since called to get an update and haven’t received a call or email back. That was over 3 months ago. It’s understood that people are busy, but this is beyond ridiculous. This lack of communication has left me to regret bringing my case to Art Aiken. I would not recommend Art Aiken to anyone. This is not written with malice, just experience. Furthermore, I still do not know the status of my case.
