Hired Law Firm

Divorce is never easy, but Ethan Dellinger made the process so much easier for me. He was honest, helpful, easy to talk to, and always kept me informed. I truly felt he fought hard for my interests and cared about me as a person. His staff was also wonderful – always responsive and supportive. I highly recommend Ethan and Weinberg & Schwartz to anyone needing a divorce lawyer. They work hard for their clients and make sure you feel supported throughout. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Hired Law Firm

Do not work with these people. They will quote you an amount and then charge you three times that amount. They do not care about families. They don't care if you lose your home trying to pay them. They just want your money.

Hired Attorney Jolie Weinberg

I was recommended to W & S to take on my divorce case against my wife. It was clear from the begining that she was out to destroy me, and I wanted a firm / lawyer that would fight for me and my rights as a father. I was pawned off to an associate at the firm yet billed for quite a bit of "strategy" time with Jolie Weinberg. When it came to my first hearing with the associate, he crumbled in the face of opposing counsel during the first day of my hearing. On the second day, Jolie showed up for the first time to represent me and could fair no better. I was completely disappointed and had them withdrawl as counsel. I am now no further along in my divorce process, but in debt to the firm for plenty of "billed time" working my case.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
